ICTER 2026 Conference Programme 

We are pleased to announce the official programme of the 5th International Conference on Teacher Education Reform (ICTER 2026), to be held at Thai Nguyen University of Education (TNUE).

Under the theme “Teacher Education in the Era of Globalization, Internationalization and Digital Transformation,” ICTER 2026 will bring together educators, researchers, teacher educators, and education professionals to exchange research findings, perspectives, and innovative practices in teacher education and educational transformation.

The conference programme features a series of plenary scientific presentations by distinguished international and national scholars, followed by parallel scientific sessions covering a wide range of current issues in education.
